Hi, I’m Carina - a Holistic Life Coach for the down to earth woman, who is embarking on the spiritual journey of self discovery, growth and evolution. My coaching encompasses more than the traditional approach. It takes into account our totality - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic aspects, which are always working interdependently with each other. Everything in our lives is used as fuel for growth.
With 20 years of depth in spiritual teachings, personal development and a background in both corporate life and healing studies, I help you become inspired by the process you are going through, elevating everything through the lens of evolution and growth, so you can use it in your life as a means of expansion.

My coaching style is not surface level. We go deep.
It takes into account our totality - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic aspects, all of which are working interdependently with each other. Whatever you are moving through, we look at it through the lens of this totality, so we can come up with insights and perspectives that fuel your growth process, on all levels. Together, we will look at the situation, relationships, patterns and beliefs that are present in your life, and put them into a wider context so you can extract the wisdom from them as you walk through your personal evolutionary journey.
I use astrology to understand your life path; the lessons you have come to integrate and new horizons you are moving into. I have a lot to share from the 20 years of study and healing I have done, and I’m here to pass this onto you.

Yes, I work with clients in most continents. My sessions are online and we can work out a time that suits our timezones best.

I work mainly with women, but really anyone is welcome! The main thing is that we click!

This is always an option if we are in the same city! However, I mostly offer my services online. This makes them more accessible and flexible. And most people prefer the comfort of their home!
