Hi, I’m Carina, a holistic life coach & I’m so happy you’re here…

Hi, I’m Carina Vinatea – a down-to-earth woman just like you that has a thirst for all things growth, evolution and beyond what the eye can see. I have been on this journey for 20+ years, but I was not raised with these topics around me, and to be honest, nor was I interested in them. Life took a turn in my late teens and early twenty’s leading me through big changes and a lot of wildness, and whilst many rich and colourful life experiences came out of this, I also ended up in a pit of low self-worth and drained health.

Next chapter – my inner guidance sent the message that it was time to feel better, open my eyes and remember the secrets of the universe. It was also time for ancient teachings inside of me to surface and be seen again. Bliss! I was 22 years old. It was basically all I could think about and do. All the spare time I had was spent traveling to people, places and events where I could go deeper.

20 years later, I have learnt and experienced a lot within the spiritual, healing and transformational realms as a result of my own healing and growth journey…and as it usually happens… I have a gift for teaching, helping and working with people too.

So, I became certified as a Feminine Embodiment Coach and Natural Quantum Healing Practitioner. My life training has also given me invaluable experience and knowledge for the work that I do now. What many people may not realise is that I also come from a corporate background, which means my feet are on the ground. I have an ease for learning systems that explain the self and the cosmos, and so I weave these into my coaching too.

On a personal and ‘life-ing’ level – you can find me close to the ocean, but I have roots in the mountains too. I love deep and meaningful friendships that are playful and producers of good humour. I love being at home. And I also love traveling and seeing places of beauty. I am a forever student of life and growth as a human.
